Established by the SVS Group of Institutions, the SVST Kongunad Arts & Science College
is a premier institution providing technical and career-oriented education in Namakkal
District since 1986. Located in the centric region of Melsathampoor on the Tiruchengode
to Paramathi highway, the college is easily accessible from Erode, Karur, and Namakkal.
Founded by Dr. P. Rajan, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., on September 8, 2020, the college has
rapidly grown to become one of the best self-financing colleges in the region.
Affiliated with Periyar University, Salem-11, and approved by the Government of Tamil
Nadu, our college offers a diverse range of Arts and Science disciplines. We are

Ragging Prohibition Policy
The college has a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. Ragging in any form, verbal or physical, is strictly prohibited within the college premises, hostels, and on any transport provided by the college.
Awareness and Counseling
At the beginning of each academic year, awareness sessions on anti-ragging policies and consequences are conducted for all students. These sessions emphasize the serious implications of ragging and encourage students to report any incidents promptly.
Anti-Ragging Committee
